DevelopmentAid.org is looking for experienced customer support representatives who want to join a leading information providing company, specializing in developmental sector.
You will be offering assistance to our clients, as well to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Offer technical/informative support to customers (emails and online chat)
- Lead generation and nurturing (emails)
- Manage information (administration tool, CRM)
Eligible Applicants:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ideally have customer service/lead generation experience and love working with customers
- Proficient internet users and know how to quickly find information online
- Familiar with customer relationship management systems
- Know how to use Outlook
- Enjoy multitasking
