What We’re Looking For:
English level B2 or higher (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and active listening skills

Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Confidence and adaptability
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about our services and assist with requests
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain records of interactions and follow up as needed
Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Suggest improvements based on customer feedback
