JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Agent to join our team as the first point of contact for our customers—providing helpful, timely, and friendly support via chat only (no calls). You’ll deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless, positive experience for every customer. If you’re a great communicator with a passion for helping others, we’d love to meet you!
So what will you be doing?
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat (no Calls)
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Follow company procedures while delivering high-quality support
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and seamless service
Experience and skills required:
Proficient in English (B2 level or higher)
Proficiency with computer systems.
Excellent written communication skills (grammar, structure, and spelling)
Strong typing accuracy and speed
Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
High attention to detail and ability to process large volumes of information
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret incoming data
Ability to work effectively without supervision
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Previous experience in a call center/customer care department is an advantage
Work schedule:
Shift-based : day (08:00 - 17:00) and evening (14:00 - 23:00) shifts, 2 flexible days off each week
