JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat (No Calls)
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Proficient in English (B2 level or higher)
Excellent written communication skills (grammar, structure, and spelling)
Strong typing accuracy and speed
High attention to detail and ability to process large volumes of information
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret incoming data
Flexible with work schedule; availability for weekend shifts if required
Previous experience in a call center is an advantage
Work schedule:
Shift-based : day (08:00 - 17:00) and evening (14:00 - 23:00) shifts, 2 flexible days off each week
