Established online brand is seeking an English+Spanish/Italian/German/Portuguese/Swedish
speaking Customer Service Representative with great multi tasking and organization skills. The ideal candidate is efficient , detail oriented and proactive in completing tasks on time, flexible and is able to work with minimal supervision yet working in a dynamic team with constant communication with many departments. You will be dealing with customers via live chat email and email with customers, therefore good English written communication is required.
There are many components involved in this position and requires attention to detail and ability to work absolutely without distractions as candidate will work from home, thus he/she must have access to a Windows-powered computer or a Mac, high-speed internet, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Key Requirements:
-Customer support via live email chat and email (no telephone support)
-Multi-tasking and Must be a quick learner
-Excellent communication skills
-Proficiency in English and Spanish/Italian/German/Portuguese/Swedish (additional language skills are a plus)
-Ability to work with minimal supervision but work is very team oriented and other team members are heavily relying on each other to make sure things are working cohesively.
-Fast paced and quick thinking abilities
-Ability to work full time, 5 days per week, including weekends with Full-time availability
-Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Internet and Google Drive environment.
-Broadband connection (3M min)
-Be able to use multiple PC programs at one time
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Team member and constant communication within the CS team, management, marketing, finance, & other departments.
-Additional tasks assigned by your manager
