Customer service representative

Job Requirements:
 University degree preferably in Marketing & Logistics or Economics
 Good knowledge of English
 Good command of MS Excel
 Ability to learn fast
 Strong analytical skills
 Detail orientation and accuracy
 Flexibility
 Team player

Job Responsibilities:
 Review and update orders (time slot for delivery, extra costs, etc)
 Provide customers with copy of CMR (written communication with partners and customers)
 Insurance claims and fines’ registration and analysis
 Check fuel consumption
 Waiting hours registration
 Various reports in Excel (KPI, Dashboards)
 Payroll drivers

Working hours: rotational day shifts (7.00 – 14.30 / 14.30 – 22.00) and part-time on Saturday (8.00-13.00)
