Customer service representative (thursday-sunday)

MIRACLE MOVERS is a leading Toronto based moving company. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our office in Chisinau who will work with potential clients abroad. If you are motivated and aspire to succeed this is your opportunity to join a leading company in Canada.

Requirements:
- Fluent English (oral and written);
- Excellent business communication and problem solving skills;
- Very good presentation and negotiation skills;
- High level of attention and accuracy;
- Should have previous experience in foreign companies;
- Good selling and costumer services abilities.

Responsibilities:
- To identify the clients’ needs and to offer the adequate solutions using individual approach;
- To offer the information regarding the company’s products and services;
- To increase the client database.
