Customer Service Operator

International trading company dealing with auto-pieces in the European market.

Responsibilities
• Consultation services and customer support (letters, phone calls, chat)
• Formulation of customer orders
• Maintaining and updating the database
• Taking correspondence with clients, receiving phone calls

Requirements
• Knowledge of one of the following languages: Hungarian, Czech, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Finnish, Danish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian
• Advanced PC user
• Diligence, educability, attention, ability to work in team
