Customer sales support representative

International Company NEXT TRADE is now seeking: Customer Sales Support Representative


Duties

• Engage current customers to provide them updates on new campaign offers of selected fashion merchandise.
• Assist customers to select available fashion campaigns to run on their flash sale web site
• Maintain contact with our Customers to process their orders for specific fashion campaigns they run.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to answer questions and handle and direct their inquiries to appropriate Administrative personnel within the Company
• Engage new customers and discuss available offers they find on our website or search and make our offers known to them.

Specific Skills and Position Requirements

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to speak and write English proficiently
• Italian language skills a plus
• Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• University Degree
• 2 years prior Customer Service and Telemarketing background
• Proven track record of success
• Chisinau, Moldova resident

Location and Salary

• Offices are located in the Center City of Chisinau near the University
• Hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Starting Salary commensurate with current skills and professional background upto €250 plus €100 bonus for the first 90 day trial period.
• Commissions eligible after 90 day trial period
