Job description:
Take care of all personal problems of CEO during visits in Moldova including: arranging doctor visits, scheduling dinners with managers, solving personal issues, organizing transportation 18 hours a day. Take care of all CEO trips, including air ticket purchasing, hotel booking, car rental reservations. Technical assistance to complete projects requiring advanced knowledge of internet technology, report writing and some analytics. Mature knowledge of basic business functions including accounting and finance along with the ability to conduct business negotiations as required.

We require:
– Excellent spoken and written English.
– High level of discipline and responsibility, self motivation and persistence
– Some Travel may be required
