Responsibilities:
# Analyzing and treating collection cases in order to determine the most adequate recovery process of the outstanding balance
# Monitoring all different collection steps and ensuring proper execution
# Analyzing and treating queries regarding customers’ activations or reactivations
Requirements:
# University degree (preferably in economics)
# Experience in Telecommunications company would be an advantage
# Good analytical skills
# Excellent PC skills
# Proficiency in English
# French and/or German would be a significant advantage
