COUNTRY MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Chisinau, Moldova
Education: University Degree, medical or pharmaceutical education.
Professional experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience on pharmaceutical market in similar position or 2-3 years public health management experience.
Key area of responsibility: Responsible for promotion of Novo Nordisk products in Moldova.
Immediate superior: General Manager in Ukraine & Moldova.

Main job tasks:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders
- Develop business relationship with clients: doctors in policlinics, hospitals, consulting centres, research centres, pharmacies, etc.
- Organize and participate in Novo Nordisk conferences and round-tables for different ranks of people in accordance with marketing strategy
- Participate in relevant regional meetings, congresses, exhibitions
- Develop relationship with distributors
- Broaden knowledge of health care system, business activity, legislative policy on the territory
- Handling administrative processes of representation office

Main Requirements:
- University degree in Medicines or Pharmaceutics
- Working experience as a medical doctor or medical representative is a plus
- Readiness for business-trips (50% of the working time)
- Fluent in English
- Basic PC skills
- Driving license + experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Recommendations are highly desirable
