Corporate lawyer for an international company

HR-Consulting company (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its Client, a well-known group of companies, Moldovan leader in several different business areas with head office in Chisinau and more than 1700 employees all over Moldova, is seeking candidates for the position of:

Corporate Lawyer

General description: Being part of Company’s legal department is responsible for legal support of Company’s everyday business activity

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, preferably – Civil Law, Economic Law;
* At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a business environment, wide experience in representing of Client’s / Company’s interests in a court;
* Good knowledge of contract law, wide experience in contract negotiating and drafting;
* Strong analytical abilities, good communication and presentation skills;
* Proficient PC user – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;
* Fluency in Romanian and Russian, good command of English (professional proficiency).
