Corporate Affairs Manager
Main responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain effective cooperation with relevant governmental bodies, key media, and business partners;
* Support Company internal communication;
* Support Company external communication and speak on behalf of the Company, ensuring that business partners, relevant public authorities are aware of key company position;
* Drive effective cross-functional cooperation inside the Company;
* Drive Company reputation, based on Company Corporate Social Responsibility framework;
* Monitor environmental/regulatory changes, assess regulatory risks.
Requirements:
* University Degree in Law/social science/economics;
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar or equivalent position;
* Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality;
* Sound knowledge of local political environment and legal compliance, awareness of public environment and key stakeholders;
* Ability to communicate fluently and forcefully with media. High sense of diplomacy;
* Acknowledged and proven leadership skills;
* Acknowledged and proven oral and written communication/ presentation skills, as well as developed negotiating skills;
* Fluency in English, Romanian and Russian.
