We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Content & Community Specialist to elevate the storytelling of two distinct but equally exciting brands:
SkyWithClass – a luxury travel agency focused on first-class experiences, and Cloud Technologies – a fast-growing IT company investing in people, innovation, and culture.
In this dual-role, you’ll drive content creation, manage social media, and foster a vibrant work culture through engaging internal initiatives and employer branding efforts.
What You’ll Do
For SkyWithClass (Client-Facing Content)
Create and publish 2–3 high-quality posts weekly across Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn focused on luxury travel, insider tips, and client success stories.
Collaborate with the team to develop monthly content plans highlighting premium services, exclusive offers, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Maintain and update travel-related blog posts (1–3/month), including republishing Medium articles.
Run targeted social media boosts/ads within budget and report weekly on performance.
For Cloud Technologies (Employer Branding & Culture)
Post weekly updates across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram celebrating team milestones, tech insights, and community impact.
Collaborate with HR department regarding internal initiatives that reinforce our people-first culture:
-Team-building events
-Birthday and milestone celebrations
-Seasonal office campaigns (e.g. photo contests, wellness week)
Coordinate in-office photo shoots and create short, engaging video content.
Source and propose IT partnership or event opportunities in Moldova (report bi-monthly).
Support the Management Board in executing employer branding campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
Strong written communication skills in English and Romanian
Experience with social media marketing and basic graphic or video tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut)
Organised and proactive with great attention to detail
A passion for storytelling, visual content, and people culture
