Compliance & Safety Contractor

Safety System Group is seeking a Compliance & Safety Contractor to join our internal team and support our U.S. operations.

This is a remote position based in Moldova, requiring night-shift availability and a commitment of 40 hours per week.
The contractor will work as part of our internal services team and must perform all duties in a professional, competent, and timely manner.

Responsibilities include obtaining inspections from carriers, conducting monthly SAFER and SMS reviews, evaluating roadside inspection reports, identifying and disputing incorrect violations, handling citations and verifications, coordinating with attorneys and legal teams, submitting DataQ requests, retrieving accident and crash reports, preparing companies for audits, cleaning company and driver compliance records when permissible, communicating with courts, drivers, and carrier owners, producing written reports, and drafting and executing Corrective Action Plans.

Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, knowledgeable in FMCSA/DOT compliance, and able to manage multiple tasks independently. Strong communication skills and the ability to work during U.S. hours (night shift Moldova time) are required. DataQ experience and familiarity with SMS, SAFER, roadside violations, and inspection documentation are preferred. This is a long-term contractor role with compensation based on experience.
