•Monitor the recorded calls
•Assure that the agents communicate with the clients properly
•Enter the data into the management information system
•Enforce the Company's internal polices

With our continued growth, we are currently seeking a full-time Compliance Department Representative who has strong listening skills, and is persistent, enthusiastic and motivated to learn and contribute to the success of the company.

We Require:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong customer service background and fast-learning skills
-Strong focus on teamwork and ability to manage relationships across multiple departments
-Good computer skills
-Responsibility and steadiness
-Age 22 - 30 years, females only
