We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our Global HR team. You will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and analysis of our C&B programs to attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business economics, market trends and excellent analytical skills.
This is ideal role for high-potential early-career professional who wants to develop his career in the international, fast-paced environment and dive deep into C&B specialization. This role offers opportunity to work closely with senior HR leaders and stakeholders across several regions.
Responsibilities:
Support C&B Team Leader in developing and implementing calculations and guidelines for salary adjustments and promotions.
Assist C&B Team Leader in in designing, implementing and managing effective annual bonus estimations and determinations that align with organizational goals and market practices.
Conduct internal reviews and assessments of employee perks and benefits.
Prepare reports and reviews.
Participate in conducting regular and thorough salary reviews to ensure alignment with market trends and industry benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with local specifics and regulations in compensation and benefits practices.
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation remains competitive in the industry.
Work closely with the Finance team to ensure alignment with overall compensation strategies.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure fairness and equity in pay practices and accessibility of benefits.
Maintain spreadsheets to model compensation scenarios and forecast budgetary impacts.
Provide data-driven recommendations for salary adjustments and incentive structures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, macros and charts.
Strong analytical skills to interpret and leverage compensation data for decision-making.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives concurrently.
Will be considered as advantage:
Proven experience as Financial Analyst, Data Analyst or Compensation and Benefits Analyst roles.
Expertise in conducting salary calculations, reviews, and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies.
