Business & Finance Consulting (BFC) www.bfconsulting.org, specialising in designing and implementing innovative development finance solutions in emerging economies, offers a challenging position for a Communication Officer.
Duty station: Chisinau, Moldova
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Management or related field;
- Relevant work experience;
- Excellent writing and business communication skills in English;
- High level of interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Cultural sensitivity;
- Experience in writing professional, business letters;
- Capacity to work both independently and in teams;
- High-level of organisational and multi-tasking skills with attention to details;
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access web-based resume databases is preferred;
- English speaking and writing proficiency;
- Good command of Romanian and Russian languages;
- General understanding of accounting principles;
- High sense of responsibility.
Duties will include:
- Manage and Coordinate the project correspondence and networking;
- Coordinate recruitment: review the applications, analyse them, make the candidate profiles and background summaries;
- Maintain the contacts/network with interesting candidates for further reference;
- Lead the correspondence with the individuals who are interested in information exchange/cooperation with BFC;
- Organise meetings.
