Commercial Back Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- To perform specific back-office activities (client data transfer, orders placing, invoices registration, offers fulfillment, contracts activation and prolongation, change of ownership and tariffs).
- To accurately handle and process data in the provided electronic systems.
- To keep up to date with all modifications of the procedures and using them in day-to-day work.
- To contribute efficiently to the working process optimization and
continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- University degree
- Proficiency in written and spoken Romanian and English languages.
- Knowledge of French or German is considered an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Experience in data entry or data administration would be a plus
- Self-organization and high sense of responsibility
