SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
1. Experience in a customer focused environment (service sector) is required.
2. Age – 21-35.
3. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
4. Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
5. Customer service orientation with knowledge of best practices in customer support.
6. High proficiency with computer systems and software applications including Microoft Word, Excel and
Access.
7. Fluency in English, Romanian & Russian.
RESPONSABILITIES: Successful applicants will:
1. Be knowledgeable of all the services the company provides and to keep up-to-date with the latest information within the company.
2. Manage a client database: entering new client information, updating existing client information promptly and with 100% accuracy.
3. Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls and email inquiries.
4. Communicate with clients in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, listening to client needs
and concerns attentively and resolving queries promptly both verbally and in writing.
5. Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues.
6. Attend ongoing training and develop there profesional skills.
WORKING HOURS Work alternate shifts:
• 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Mon/Wen/ Fri, 12:00 am - 8:00 pm Tu/Thu, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm Sat
• 12:00 am - 8:00 pm Mon/Wen/ Fri, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Tu/Thu, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm Sat
