Client Care Specialist (tele-work)

Norada is an innovative cloud-based business application provider and is looking for a special person to hire as a full-time Client Care Specialist. This is not a traditional sales or support role. Working from your home office, you will provide a range of important services to assist our clients including:

- Explaining what our service is and how it can be applied in a range of business situations
- Conduct web-based demonstration and training sessions
- Provide answer technical questions
- Assist with payment and billing inquires

You must

- Be the person your colleagues go to for advice
- Enjoy meeting new people
- Be resourceful and energetic
- Have amazing communication and organization skills (phone, email)
- Be neurotic about details and quality
- Have command of English

It would be ideal if you also had experience with

- CRM, Internet software, databases, Google Apps
- Selling software or high-value internet services
- Providing enterprise level technical support
- Working with small business (our market)
- Had a sense of humor, played a musical instrument and walked on water

Preference will be given to people who are not formally schooled in Computer Science, but through a natural curiosity found a way to it (that would make you interesting).
