We place professionals on a temporary and full-time basis in the Finance & Accounting and Administrative support fields. Fintask meets customers‘ needs through a communication from expert to expert, resulting in a precise identification of searched profiles using a common language with our candidates.
For our customer, Saint-Gobain Glass Romania, Calarasi, we have an open position of CLIENT ANALIST. Ideal candidate will relocate permanently to Romania, Calarasi, while Saint-Gobain is offering an initial relocation package and full accomodation for 1 year. Main Responsibilities:
- taking and introducing customers’ orders into internal IT system ;
- verify merchandise’s availability (stocks);
- verify transport’s availability;
- transmit orders to the plant and warehouse;
- follow-up and inform customers and sales representatives about stock availability, credit limit, order status etc.;
- following external and internal payments and maintain contact with financial department in order to have a clear view of the transactions;
- issue invoices and delivering documents;
- launch transport orders for deliveries;
Requirements:
- very good computer skills , Microsoft Office, internet, (SAP would be a plus);
- basic accounting knowledge ;
- very good English and Russian language skills, knowledge of Bulgarian language constitutes an advantage;
- teamwork;
- very good interpersonal skills;
- economical university graduation would be a plus;
