Your job description:

Receive, evaluate, and process freight claims (loss, damage, shortage, or delay) in compliance with company and carrier policies.
File claims with carriers or insurance providers and track their status through resolution.
Ensure claims are processed within required timeframes to meet legal and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records of claim submissions, correspondence, and outcomes.
Collaborate with dispatch, accounting, safety, and legal teams when needed.

Requirements:

Fluent, conversational English
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with carrier contracts, freight insurance policies, and claims regulations.
Ability to manage multiple claims and prioritize deadlines.
