Chinese market web research assistant

Scopic Software is seeking for intelligent, hard-working, passionate Junior Web Researcher. Scopic Software is US-based company with employees in more than 20 different countries. The company develops custom software for various industries (medical, manufacturing, entertainment, finance, etc.) and multiple platforms (desktop, web and mobile). Employees work from the comfort of their home using a PC and internet connection. Projects are of varying lengths and team sizes.

Responsibilities:

- Discuss research requirements with supervisor and clearly understand tasks.
- Perform web/internet research using Google/Baidu.
- Interpret data and create reports.

Requirements:

- Good English reading, writing and spoken skills.
- Good Chinese reading and writing skills.
- Expertise using Google and/or Baidu in searching the internet.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Some market research experience is a plus.
- Analytical and critical thinking.

This is a part-time position (around 20 hours per week).
