Main responsibilities:
1. Hiring and testing of needed personnel
2. Training and coaching the personnel “Sales over the phone”
3. Motivating Team Leaders and Agents towards achieving improved sales
4. Review performance evaluations, performance management
5. Determine areas “where to call”
6. General administration
Work hours: 17.00 – 4.00
Main requirements:
1. Rounded knowledge of the Call Centre Industry (technology and tools / management principles / levers to success)
2. Proficiency in oral English (!) and Russian or Romanian
3. Proficiency in Windows, MSWord, MSExcel
4. Strong management skills
5. Strong sales skills
6. Strong motivation skills
7. Strong interpersonal skills and leadership potential
8. The ability to work to strict deadlines
