Call center representative

GPG Consulting is a leading provider of outsourcing services in Eastern Europe, known for its culture of strong commitment and performance transparency. We are working with France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Romania, Luxembourg, UK, USA, Canada and Moldova and are offering our services in 10 languages accordingly.

Currently we are in search for call center operators for several projects to be launched within a short period.

Job Description:

Outbound calls performance:
- Cold calling, telemarketing campaigns;
- Data base actualization;
- Lead generation processes;
- Appointment settings

Requirements:

- Excellent spoken and written English;
- 2nd foreign language possessed will represent an advantage;
- Previous experience in this field will represent an advantage;
- Strong computer skills required (Browser, Email, Skype, Office Applications);
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills;
- High discipline and responsibility, self motivation and persistence;
- Team player, dynamic and with initiative
