C# & C++ Software Engineer

The Role
• Participate in the development of the Group software solutions and products
• Identify, understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Design, develop and maintain complex software applications, through the use of SW patterns, frameworks, reusable code, reflecting existing or new specifications
• Database Design, Unit Testing and writing of Technical Documentation
• Develop thorough understanding and good command of latest .NET platform technologies such as WCF, Entity Framework and WF
• May undertake a team-leading role, providing guidelines on SW development practices and technologies, planning, directing and controlling the development and maintenance of computer SW programs and systems

The Candidate
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in .NET platform (C#) and object oriented
programming within a structured Software House Organization
• University or Technical University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Extensive experience in UML, XML and related technologies (XSL, XML Schema, etc)
• Sound experience in Web Services, SQL and relational databases
• Microsoft certifications on software development will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of C++ programming language.
• Specifications collection and software architecture skills, ability to work as project
member
• Very good command of the English language
• Desire to continually research, learn emerging technologies/market trends and integrate into the product offering
