Business Systems Analyst (ERP & Automation)
Descrierea postului
Location: Moldova (hybrid)
Type: Full-time preferred (flexible setup possible)
Reports to: CEO
About the Company
Based in Italy, we specialize in international wholesale distribution of premium and luxury fashion brands. We work with B2B wholesale buyers, e-commerce retailers, marketplaces, and social commerce channels. Our goal is to simplify cross-border sourcing and help suppliers manage surplus inventory through strong operations and technology.
Role summary
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to improve how our teams work by using technology. You will analyze workflows, configure internal tools (low-code/no-code), and coordinate external developers supporting our ERP and other platforms. This is not a pure documentation role - you will deliver working solutions.
What you will do
Analyze existing business workflows across projects and teams
Propose and implement improvements using business systems and technology
Build and improve internal tools, databases and automations (training is provided)
Own the operational relationship with external developers: collect internal requirements, write technical tasks, coordinate deployments
Coordinate ERP improvements and maintenance, including reports, workflow changes, and bug fixes with developers
Support integrations between internal systems and external platforms (ERP ↔ internal tools ↔ PIM/website/marketplaces where needed)
Help teams adopt new workflows and tools
Your profile
Strong analytical and logical thinking
Experience working with business systems, ERP, CRM, or operational tools
Ability to translate business processes into technical logic
Comfortable building solutions yourself, not only describing them
Basic understanding of integrations, APIs, or automation tools (can be learned)
Independent, structured, and pragmatic mindset
Nice to have
Experience with any ERP (Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, 1C, NetSuite)
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (Airtable, Make, Power Automate, Zapier)
E-commerce / marketplace / logistics / wholesale operations exposure
Format: availability during core business hours is required; flexibility is possible depending on project phase.
Please apply with your CV or LinkedIn profile mentioning in the subject line the position title for which you are applying. Only selected candidates will be contacted.
