Business Intelligence Team Leader

Responsibilities:
Managing the interface between Business Intelligence team and beneficiaries for all queries and administrative (PMO) tasks
Coaching, mentoring the team members on business functional, technical / tool usage issues
Planning and assigning work to resources
Providing work estimates based on T&M or FPFD
Managing delivery to budget and timescales

Requirements:
University degree in Information technologies/Mathematics/ Cybernetics or similar
3+ years of Business Intelligence experience, programming with SQL and PL/SQL
3+ years working in Telecom Industry
Knowledgeable with performing Feasibility Analysis, writing Solution Specifications and SDLC
3+ years Project Management experience and PMI or similar certification
Experience for managing delivery team of at least 5 subordinates
3+ years experience Data Warehousing / BI tools (Oracle, DataStage, Business Objects)
Strong organizational, administration and communication skills
Cross cultural exposure
