Job Responsibilities - Handles business development by finding potential customers/partners, onboarding new customers, performing demo of a product, creating long term relationships, communicating and maintaining relationships with customers/partners.
Main Job Duties:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying potential customers/partners and evaluating their position in the industry;
- Researching and analyzing sales options, potential prospects, and channels
- Offers our products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers/partners.
- OnBoards new customers by performing demos of our product and explaining the benefits, answers questions, follow up with emails and calls.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
-Researching and recommending new opportunities recommending profit and service improvements.
- Works closely with management and development team to relay customer feedback and issues.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Experience with web-projects management or working for a software company
- Good English is a must (speaking, writing)
- Telesales experience working in online environment.
- Desire to succeed and getting things done
- Manager or Team Lead Experience is preferred
