Business development manager

Specific Duties:

- Develop and execute a business development strategy that supports Technovator's growth and sustainability goals
- Attract new clients and partners, from the public and private sectors, in Moldova and the region
- Produces and regularly updates a comprehensive mapping of all donor opportunities (by sector and geography), actively identifies grant opportunities, and develops grant proposals in line with agreed organizational procedures
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new projects with them
- Foster relationships with the technology community
*Experience with CRM (Customer relationship management) system is a benefit

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business or other relevant direction
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, project management, or fundraising (experience at consulting/development organization is an advantage)
In-depth knowledge of the development organizations in Moldova and the region
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Negotiation and sales skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Advanced proficiency in English and Romanian (Russian is an advantage)
