HR-Consulting is a recruitment agency with more than 20 years in business. We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the Business Development Manager (logistics)
Company Overview: A Logistic company in Moldova looking to penetrate new international markets.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (LOGISTICS)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating and developing B2B, and B2G
• Strategize and develop new relationships in targeted industries and functions. Drive strategic customer dialogues to identify customer's business objectives, risk management requirements & challenges
• Actively identify potential external commercial partners to collaborate with to enhance value proposition to customers and drive engagements & negotiations with commercial partners
• Network with decision makers and influencers within the region
• Present the solution to potential customers, demonstrating clear business & solution fit
• Review revenue performance for the target region with the head and manage the overall product penetration in the region
• Build strong pipeline of new/unexplored opportunities and achieve targeted new business wins
Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years of Relevant experience defined as any Logistics Industry, Service Industry, Risk Management Sector or Customer experience
• Prominent experience and expertise in B2B, B2G negotiation, developing the relationships
• Very active, result driven, passionate about the role
• Able to build relationships and to function independently
• Self- developer, leadership skills, efficient work organization and time management
• Education: higher – Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Engineering, Electronics.
• Very strong MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel
• Romanian, Russian, English- advanced
• Extremely good command of sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
