BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Eurosupport is searching for a talented individual with strong organizational skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and a dynamic and energetic work attitude. A qualified candidate will have the potential to assume increasing levels of responsibility in our organization. This opportunity requires someone who is highly organized and detail oriented, computer literate and capable of operating effectively under pressure of deadlines and added responsibility. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently toward management approved goals within expected timelines.

This position will support the senior management team with client proposals, presentations, marketing & promotion strategies as well as general research, organization, and keeping abreast of industry dynamics, trends, and opportunities. Additional responsibilities includes administrative support and overall department organization needs.

Overall Role and Responsibilities:
The Business Development Coordinator will report directly to the senior management team and support the following areas:

New Business
Full support on new business proposals originating from Senior Management;
Handle preliminary research on potential campaign and communicate with internal marketing departments regarding specific capabilities;
Develop partnership proposals (including supportive statistics, etc.);
Work with Senior Management to finalize proposals and assist with follow up needs and materials;
Assist with business development related paperwork, relationship contact data, scheduling, information management, and other needs as directed;
Have current knowledge of important industry trends, stats, language, etc.

Job Requirements:
Required Skills & Competencies:
Experience in business development for e-commerce projects.
Understanding of SEO, PPC, online affiliate marketing.
Experience in using web analytic tools.
Work results will be evaluated based on actual numbers - traffic, conversion ratio, profit.
Bachelor's (University) degree;
English language proficiency;
Marketing/Agency experience (an advantage);
Well developed organizational and work efficiencies skills;
Strong writing and grammar skills in English - Previous experience with proposals/campaign planning a plus;
Detail oriented/highly accurate;
Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills;
Advanced proficiency in (list all relevant applications);
Advanced knowledge of web tools, trends, reference sites and blogs;
Confident individual with outstanding interpersonal skills and an outgoing, extroverted personality;
Motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic;
Creative thinker " capable of visualizing concepts outside of immediate context".
