We are currently expanding our staff and seek to hire a PHP Business Analyst with passion and initiative.
• A motivated self-starter and technical leader with a track record producing positive results.
• Ability to guide the user in identifying business requirements with minimally 3 years proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification, and the ability to apply them in practice.
• Strong ability to communicate technical and data concepts to non-technical audiences, and business concepts to technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal communication and business writing skills.
• Strong relationship building and facilitation skills to work directly with business users who are not technical in nature.
• Critical thinking abilities to take complex, ambiguous, abstract requirements and break them into smaller components, patterns, views and features.
• Strong technical and business writing skills
• Strong knowledge of technical and grammatical editing
• Strong knowledge of English
Duties:
Collaborate with the clients
• Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
• Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs)
