Business Analyst

Antex International, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland and the international subsidiary FIS SpA a multi-divisional company with 40 years of operations in Italy has expanded it EMEA operations to include a process facility in Chisinau, Moldova. Antex FIS clients for business process outsourcing services include many of the world's leading Fortune 500 multinational corporations.

A desired candidate will define business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviewing users, developing use cases, and researching and resolving issues. Participate in business analysis project planning and management by documenting and maintaining plans, managing issue logs and preparing. You may also oversee the acquisition, analysis and dissemination of subject matter knowledge. Provide project documentation. Analyze current processes and recommends solutions and improved processes, technical and business knowledge to clients. Keep abreast of technological and competitive developments. Conduct research on industry practices and standards and other benchmarking data. Code and maintain business application programs from user instructions or formal functional specifications. Experience in the analysis and testing phases in the development cycle.

Preferred but not Necessary Requirements:
- Basic accounting knowledge, strong data analysis skills
- Experience with COA
- Proven ability to capture and map processes, gather and write requirements
- Experience working for an International company
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and query languages T-SQL and/or ANSI SQL.
- Experience with BizAgi or any process mapping tools is an advantage

English proficiency (written and verbal) is a requirement.

Salary will be based on experience and highly competitive. Position will require regular travel to Geneva, Switzerland for meetings with senior management.
