Business analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst in a big interesting project with a client from Switzerland who has the working background in the flavor production. Your primary mission in this role will involve:
to guide the team in terms of specifications;
to analyze requirements for a new iteration;
to prepare requirement packages for new modules, and of course managing existing requirements;
if needed, on the customer request to be involved in the full cycle of gathering the requirements for the coming functionality, review the possible solutions with the development team and the customer, write technical and functional requirements and finally proceed with evaluation and validation.

Requirements:

Experience in reporting and business intelligence systems;
Capacity to analyze and synthesize, especially when clarifying and passing on customer-requested flows and changes;
Technical background;
Team player with excellent organization skills;
Strong attention to details and a positive attitude;
Self-organizing capacity, in order to ensure a prompt response to the customer’s demands;
Fluency in English, French is a plus;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
