ENDAVA GROUP, a leader in delivery and operation of IT based Business Solutions and Secure Messaging Systems in the international Financial Services, Telecoms, Media and Technology markets, is planning to start implementing projects/products in area of banking systems. It is interested in identifying local consultants with the following skills:

Business Analyst


The role of the Business Analyst is a key position in financial software development projects. The position holder will step in, instate structure and formalization of requirements, which have to implement different software products/systems in banking and finance areas for local and regional customers.

The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of Local Banking and Financial Practices and regulatory environment. Knowledge of software development will present an advantage.
Knowledge of Global Banking Practices and any certification in Banking would be an advantage.

Your main responsibility will be working with and within different banks and financial institutions (pension funds, insurance companies etc), study their activities, business procedures and used tools, to determine their needs and possibilities to connect software products to their soft.

You will then work closely with the software analysts and architects, development and test teams to ensure the successful implementation of the requirements and enhancements. To achieve this you will need to work closely with others within the organization and from our partners.

The following skills are required;
• knowledge of Local Banking Practices and regulatory environment
• be aware of the functioning of all revenue streams of the Banks (Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance etc) and/or Financial institutions (pension funds, insurance etc);
• Crediting and bank deposits experience;
• Business Analysis experience in a Financial Services Institution;
• Good analytical skills, the ability to look at problems logically and work it through to a successful conclusion;
• Good written and oral communication skills to ensure that requirements are stated clearly;
• Results oriented with the ability to work to deadlines;
• Computer literate with an appreciation of computer systems and technology;
• Excellent self organization, self motivation and time management skills;
• Ability to contribute to a team effort;
• Good English and Romanian is required.
