Budget Analyst

Company:
A well-known multinational company, one of the leaders on its market (FMCG sector).
Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Budget analysts assists the Finance manager to prepare and review budgets on the regularly base, gathers the information for planning of future expenses, completes budget templates, updates the budget models as requested to account for change to ensure proper accuracy and timing of financial analysis to be delivered;
• Budget analyst summarizes and consolidates monthly received budgets estimates from departments, examines them for correctness, accuracy and completeness;
• Preparing detailed reports about discrepancies and amendments that occurred in the budget in coordination with the concerned managers of the departments;
• Budget analyst considers marketing commitments, offers support to the Finance Manager in the process of marketing accruals calculations and preparing templates for these accruals.

Requirements:
• University Degree in Economic, Finance, Accounting, Business or Statistics;
• 2-3 years budget analyst or accounting experience;
• Romanian, English, Russian – fluent;
• Excellent computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word; Knowledge BAP, SAP – desirable;
• Strong numerical and analytical skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Knowledge of accounting principles; General understanding of current economic trends in Moldova;
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
