Our Client, a well-known multinational FMCG company is announcing an opening for Budget Analyst Associate position located in Chisinau.

The budget analyst position is accountable for monthly preparing, analysing and monitoring budgets of the RO, comparing it to actual and previous results, and reporting on variances from the budget PR management.

Main responsibilities:
 Budget analysts assists the Finance manager to prepare and review budgets on the regularly base, gathers the information for planning of future expenses, completes budget templates, updates the budget models as requested to account for changes, to ensure proper accuracy and timing of financial analysis to be delivered.
 Budget analyst summarizes and consolidates monthly received budgets estimates from departments, examines them for correctness, accuracy and completeness; examines the reflection of expenses in the respective periods, informs colleagues of the status and availability of funds in different accounts. Calculates the monthly cash ordering for the Representative office.
 Budget analyst manages PR-Log, compares PR-Log with monthly expenses reports to maintain expenditure controls and to check conformance with established procedures. . Preparing detailed reports about discrepancies and amendments that occurred in the budget in coordination with the concerned managers of the departments.
 Budget analyst prepares the information for BAPs, analyzes the proposed plans and devises possible alternatives if the projected results are unsatisfactory
 Budget analyst considers marketing commitments, offers support to the Finance Manager in the process of marketing accruals calculations and preparing templates for these accruals. Also, budget analyst checks the correctness of accruals reflection in SAP.
 Budget analyst assists the Finance manager to ensure the adequate submission of finance plan in BW.

Requirements:
 University Degree in Economic, Finance, Accounting, Business or Statistics
 2-3 years budget analyst or accounting experience
 Excellent Romanian and English knowledge, fluent Russian;
 Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).
 Good communications and interpersonal relationship skills;
 Result oriented capacity to implement projects, administrative skills.
