Responsibilities:
Ensuring level 2 of maintenance and support
NTT and WOT activity
Planning network and engineering deployment
Maintenance of BSS (BSC, TC, MFS) and UTRAN (RNC, M2000, NASTAR) elements
Modifying BSS and UTRAN related database configuration according to WOT
Ensuring good functionality of OMC-R, BSC, UTRAN related terminals
Network optimization and performance monitoring
Requirements:
University degree in Telecommunications
At least 2 years of experience as BSS engineer in 2G and 3G networks
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, UNIX
Proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English
Driving license
