Position Summary:
As a member of our Afterhours Breakdown Team, you will be responsible for promptly responding to breakdown incidents during non-business hours. Your expertise will ensure our fleet remains operational and our drivers receive the support they need in urgent situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to afterhours calls regarding breakdowns and vehicle malfunctions.
Conduct thorough assessments of vehicles to diagnose issues.
Coordinate with roadside assistance services for repairs and towing as needed.
Maintain clear communication with drivers, providing updates and support.
Document all incidents and repairs accurately in the system.
Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on vehicle maintenance and emergency procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive repair or roadside assistance is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 01.00-10:00
