Branch Manager

The Recruiting Agency “IDS Consulting” announce the vacancy of Branch Manager in an International Cargo Company opening a branch for Moldova.(JOB REF. AL-1644)


Main responsibilities:

- Leading a team of 3-5 peoples from the start,
- Organizing international SEA cargo, AIR cargo shipments
- Increasing the cargo volumes by offering excellent client service.
- Organizing pan- European road freight transports
- Defining new clients
- Selling international road freight services
- Leading young team of sea / air & road freight specialists
- Negotiating best freight rates with carriers/air lines / shipping lins

Candidate’s performance requirements:

1. University Degree in economical or technical field;
2. 2 or 3 years of relevant work experience
3. Experience in freight forwarding or in road freight
4. Passion for people and sales
5. Negotiations skills
6. Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
