Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice factoring and account statements.
- Accurately organizing and processing billing-related documentation.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure correct and timely billing.
- Building positive relationships with drivers and team members across the company.
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving any billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports for management
- Track receivables from brokers and shippers

- Previous experience in trucking/transportation billing department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team and stay organized in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency in English is required.
