Bilingual portuguese process operation specialist

Antex International is a Payroll and HR Administration outsourcing company operating in Southern Europe and the Mediterranean countries.

We are looking for young and energetic bilingual people with fluency in Portuguese with reading and writing skills in English. This is an entry level position and as such the candidate isn't required to have a professional employment history. All of the requisite training will be provided by the company:

Responsibilities:
• Tracking, verifying and entering into Ai-emea proprietary systems Portuguese payroll related data and info up-dates originating from clients, Ai-emea Chief Payroll Specialists and other Ai-emea service associates,
• Parameterizing and prioritizing changes in the company’s proprietary payroll processing systems and updating the client related payroll process volumes.
• Organizing and implementing Chisinau based payroll period processes for clients at the direction of the “locally” based Ai-emea Chief Payroll Specialist.
• Analyzing, supporting and resolving service delivery related risks, issues, and questions from clients;
• Reviewing and preparing the required payroll output applicable to our client's service level agreements
Job requirements:

• Portuguese (advanced level) and English languages are must
• Degree in Accounting, Economics or Communications;
• Self motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently;
• Well developed analytical abilities;
• Strong communication skills. The chosen applicants will display good judgement and professionalism when corresponding with partners and team members;
• Candidates must demonstrate a proactive work ethic when managing numerous competing priorities in a dynamic paced environment;
• Computer proficiency is required (Excel – advance level);
