What You’ll Do
As a Bilingual Customer Experience & Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey—supporting families and helping them choose the best tutoring solutions for their children. This is not a call-center-style job—it’s about building real relationships and offering personalized guidance.
You’ll be:
- Connecting with Parents: Responding to inquiries via chat, phone, and email in both Russian and English, always maintaining a warm, supportive tone.
- Scheduling and Support: Assisting parents with booking lessons, rescheduling, and creating scheduling solutions tailored to school and exam calendars.
- Sales & Recommendations: Helping families select the right tutoring packages—and earning a commission for each confirmed enrollment. You’ll also engage in consultative sales, offering thoughtful upsells and additional services that genuinely support each family’s academic journey.
- Coordinating with Tutors: Ensuring smooth communication between parents and tutors, managing schedules, and maintaining high service standards.
- Building Relationships: Getting to know our families, understanding their goals, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
- Driving Improvement: Gathering feedback to help improve our services and the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Russian and English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Customer Experience Focus: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or education is preferred.
- Natural Sales Ability: Comfortable discussing service options and converting leads into happy customers.
- Relationship Builder: Friendly, professional, and empathetic—able to earn trust quickly.
- Organized and Proactive: Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and multitasking skills.
- Good Under Pressure: Calm and confident in fast-paced conversations.
-Nighttime Availability: availability to work 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM Eastern European Time.
-Reliable Setup: Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls.
