Random Work Plus is a fast growing company specialized in software development services, headquartered in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.
We are searching for a B2B Sales Manager, who will be primarily responsible for attracting new business clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated person that strives to make a difference.
- Key Responsibilities-
- Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's product on the international market (direct sales - cold calls/emails);
- Provide the Company with marketing/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility and help the Company performance;
- Conducting full customer communication cycle from cold contact to sale closing;
- Building long-term relationships with customers;
- Key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, compile relevant reports for management use;
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the company’s customer base;
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures, record keeping and reporting;
- Attract, develop, and retain key performers through ongoing recruitment and succession planning efforts;
- Provide strategic focus and planning to develop new and retain existing business.
-Requirements-
- Have a minimum of 3+ years of sales management experience;
- Excellent communication skills both written/spoken in Romanian, English, high ability to influence;
- Experienced with deploying advanced sales methodologies and tools to achieve and exceed your targets;
- Customer Service Oriented;
- Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest;
- Works well as a member of a group;
- Consistently introduces new ideas and demonstrates original thinking;
- Inspires teammates to follow them;
- Working knowledge of computer applications –powerpoint/excel/word;
- Highly analytical and problem solving ability.
