About the role:
We’re looking for a B2B Sales Manager who will help us reach ambitious sales targets and keep our company competitive and innovative.In this role you will play a key part in driving sustainable revenue growth, cultivating strategic client partnerships, and advancing our international expansion.
What you'll do:
- Acquire new B2B customers and grow existing accounts
- Lead contract negotiations and manage bid creation
- Identify customer needs and develop tailored commercial offers
- Plan and optimize sales activities to boost performance
- Support supplier negotiations and collaborate across teams
- Present sales strategies to management
What you bring:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Commercial training or a business/technical degree
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-focus
- Independent, proactive, and highly motivated
- Romanian, Russian and English language skills
