AtoB Transfer, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Partnerships & Client Relations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing price requests, selling our transportation services, and identifying new business opportunities. Your primary objective will be to grow our customer base, increase sales, and support the company’s overall expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Price Requests: Accurately prepare and deliver quotes in a timely manner for both individual and corporate clients.
- Sales and Client Engagement: Proactively sell AtoB Transfer’s services to prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Lead Generation: Research, identify, and contact potential clients and partners in targeted markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, client feedback, and business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role (experience in the transportation or travel industry is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
