Responsibilities:
Manage technical support processes for B2B partners.
- Organize and oversee the team responsible for setting up and configuring internal partner accounts to ensure seamless product operation.
- Coordinate access provisioning to the product and configure user permissions for partners.
- Analyze API logs to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring uninterrupted product functionality.
- Provide technical consultation to partners on product usage, settings, and integrations.
- Collaborate with other departments (developers, integration team, product teams) to address technical challenges.
- Monitor SLA compliance and enhance team efficiency.
- Prepare reports on completed work, analyze team and partner performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor technical support team members.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B technical support, internal system administration, and product configuration.
- Knowledge of API operations, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with access control systems and user rights management.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with partners and internal teams.
- Proven leadership experience in team management and project coordination.
- Technical proficiency in English (written and spoken) for working with documentation and international partners is a plus.
